Munashe Naphtali Mupa leads Naphtali Consulting & Research LLC with a singular focus: helping energy operators, industrials, and investors cut cost, reduce emissions, and improve reliability through data-driven energy management and applied research. Over 15+ years in complex, high-stakes environments, he has delivered business turnarounds, growth strategies, and energy optimization programs across the U.S. and Southern Africa.

What sets Mupa apart is a multidisciplinary toolkit that blends corporate finance and M&A with energy analytics, law, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. He designs strategy and then grounds it in models, measurements, and regulatory realism—spanning portfolio decarbonization, data-center and industrial load optimization, microgrid and DER planning, energy-market modeling, and risk governance.

Mupa is also a prolific researcher with 50+ papers spanning energy systems analytics, digital transformation, cybersecurity, valuation, and strategy.
